Elderberry Excitement!

The kids are heading back to school and pretty soon every rhino and other virus will be coming to greet you. Our elderberry trees are now big enough to provide us with a harvest so I can make syrups and have frozen and dried berries for the CSH and Macleay Grange Winter Market.

Looks like my syrup will remain $5. for a 5 ounce bottle and the dried berries will be $2. and ounce and the frozen, cleaned berries will be $10 a pound.
